Why does it jump to another page when I want to download this file? This file cannot be download at all.

As we wait for the engineering team, there is a workaround for this. You can view the file by opening the page in your mobile web browser. On the top right side, please click the 3 vertical dots then click Open in web browser, for example:

But my top right side didn't have the 3 dot. My left top right side also didn't have.
