Trouble Uploading my file

I’ve got to module 2. organisation and planning and in 2. the session plan, it won’t upload my file, it has worked every other time but not in this module

    Hi Michelle! Please make sure that your filename includes only letters and numbers and then try to upload again. If it fails again, please send us the link to the page you're working on and the file to support@openlearning.com and we'll test it from there.
