Unable to access OL expect the chat window

Hi, two of my students are  having trouble with OL this morning. Apparently they can't open anything expect the chat window. I told them to restart their devices then login again but this hasn't helped.

    Hi Eleanor Warner ,

    The OpenLearning seems to be up and running and there were no foreseeable updates taking place as well.

    Having said that, you could advise those students to drop us an email at "support@openlearning.com" individually so we can help check on this to see how we could be of help to them and tackle the issue with them.
