How do I verify my email address?

OpenLearning sends out a verification email upon registration to ensure the user has registered with the correct email. Verification is obligatory when learners are invited to a private course, and optional for public ones.

How do I verify my email address?

Step 1

Check your email inbox for the verification email.
You may also need to check your Spam or Junk folder.

Step 2

Click on the Verify Email Address link.

Step 3

You should see the following message after clicking the Verify Email Address link.

Step 4

I can't find the verification email!

If you can’t find the verification email, but you are able to log in to OpenLearning.com with your email as username, go to Account Settings > Primary email address.

- If the primary email address is correct, click on Re-send verification email, and then check your email’s Inbox (check the Spam and Junk folder as well).

I can't find the verification email because I registered with an incorrect address!

Step 1

If the primary email address has a typo but you can still log in, click on Change primary email address link.

Step 2

Enter the correct spelling of your email address.
Enter your current password.
Click on Change Email to save the change.

Step 3

Click on Re-send verification email.

Step 4

Hi sir, i cant change my email. The system say is invalid password, but i just log in and enter the password just now. Why the system say is invalid password?
