Unable to change my email

Good Morning.

The email on my account no longer exists. It was in use over 3 years ago. It is asking for verification and won't let me enter my current email

    Considering that you could login to your account, I have verified your old email. Please give it another try to update to your current email.

      Ferry Darmadi  When I try to change email it tells me it is use elsewhere.
