Where my certificate?

I have completed my course but no certificate to me. I find anywhere many time.

    Hi,good morning,my name is LIANHUI YANG(ENGLISH NAME:VICKY GLOVER),I have completed my course 100%,but I can not find my certificate ,please help.I have also done printscreen with the complete and outcome website page as attachment.
