Progress reversal in MA English
What could explain why my progress is being reversed in some modules? It was previously ahead but now it shows I have retrogressed. It is demoralising.

hi Thank you for reaching out to OpenLearning Customer Success. There are a few common reasons why this might happen:
1) Updated Course Material: The course creator might have added new pages or activities to those modules recently, which lowers the overall completion percentage.
2) Locked Content: If the course creator has locked certain modules or pages, your progress percentage will adjust. Once they unblock them, that progress will be added back on.
