Unable to Complete Course Despite Completing All Questions

I would like to report an issue with the Kursus Keselamatan Air course.

I have completed all the required questions and activities, but the system is still not marking the course as completed. My progress is currently showing 94%, and I am unable to proceed or receive full completion.

Could you please check whether there is a system issue or if there is any remaining requirement that is not being displayed?
