User experience improvement when emails sent inviting school teachers and students to portal

At the moment, when an email is sent out inviting a teacher or student to a portal, it comes from person@openlearning.com, and the email heading says "Person has invited you to join OpenLearning". For High Resolves sessions within the portal, is it possible the email could be from highresolves@openleaning.com, or at least say "High Resolves has invited you to join OpenLearning?" Students and teachers might be confused and not know who Shannen is, or think the emails are spam!

Hi Hannah! I tested this from my end, but I'm afraid I'm not able to replicate what you're saying. I invited my test account to HR portal, and the e-mail came from enrolment@openlearning.com. I'm afraid that's not possible to change.

The wording of the e-mail is "Alenka Prezelj has invited you to High Resolves on OpenLearning" as I did the inviting from my own OL account.

To recap, it is not possible to change the e-mail address the e-mails come from, but the name is pulled from the account that is used for inviting. If you would like the message to say "High resolves invited you..." inviting will need to be done using an account that has "High resolves" as Profile name. I believe your team has an account like that, it is registered with info@resolves.org. I'll be sure to pass on your suggestion to Shannen as well.

    Hope this helps!
