      Rudy Pilotto Thank you for providing us with a screenshot. To add a Short Answer quiz to a page please put your page in edit mode and then select Quiz and Short Answer, which will then add to your page. You can edit the Short Answer Quiz on your page by clicking on Set Up. If there is anything further we can assist you with, please send us an email to support@openlearning.com

    Does not work. I open it in edit mode as you suggest I hit set up as you suggest. I still get this - see below.

    it's an intermittent fault. Sometimes I see the quiz other times, like today it does not appear.

      Rudy Pilotto Hi Rudy, I have gone to your course and was able to add a short answer widget just fine. This issue you are facing could be due to browser cache. To bypass your browser cache, kindly Hit CMD + R while you have Chrome open and then attempt to add the widget again. If the issue persists, we highly suggest that you clear your browser cache, and then log back in to the portal. Let me know how it goes. Thank you.

      Ankita Jawala Hi there, can you confirm if you are using the latest version of Chrome on your mobile device? If you already are, can you clear your browser history and then try to access the course again? Otherwise, we highly suggest that you complete the course on a computer instead using a desktop browser preferably Chrome or Firefox. Let me know how it goes.

    I tried to log it with my computer but ut's not showing my course.. It's asking for payment after i log mysled. Olease guide me what to do. I tried chrome and firefox both

      Ronald Silvosa I have checked my e-mail. No solution provided yet. I am trying to log it through a new device and i cannot se my course running. They are asking for payment again to see that course. This is really frustrating. I would suggest to fix this matter or refund my money

      Ronald Silvosa I have mailed you.. please revert in that mail with a solution. and tell me why whenever i log myself from new device it's showing i haven't enrolled myself. You mentioned in your website course will be completed in 4 to 6 hours. It has taken 2 days how much time will it be extended too.  This is just false advertisement done from your side.
