I checked the course and found there are 2 courses that are required for you to register/complete before you can enrol in the Digitalising Teaching course.

The prerequisite course(s) are as follows:

https://www.openlearning.com/eltc/courses/flipping-the-classroom-explained/

Once you've completed both courses above, you can then register for the Digitalising Teaching course.
