problem with the "check answer" button

I cannot complete my task even though I have already answered the question correctly. it keeps on stating "please try again" whenever I clicked on the check answer button. how do I fix this?

    Hi Stephanie,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    I have done a quick test and was able to answer the question correctly. Please note that the answer is case sensitive so typing Intersection would be incorrect and the correct answer is intersection.
