Cannot access app at all?
Hi I’ve hit an instant road bump after signing in, it seems because my course hasn’t started yet (begins 20th April) I am not allowed to access the app at all? Is that normal?
see screenshot attached. Using an iPhone 14 Plus with iOS 26.5 Beta (23F5043k) update.

Don't worry, that is completely normal. Since your course officially begins on April 20th, the content is currently locked.
You'll be able to fully access the app and dive into your materials as soon as the start date arrives. We're excited to have you on board!
