Prompt Engineering course technical issue

I recently finished the Unlock the Power of Generative AI: Prompt Engineering course with Mr Dipanjan Ghosh and I think there is a glitch on my profile preventing me from downloading my certificate.

My progress bar is stuck on 96%. The Assignment section of the Learning Activities indicates I need to access the Educator Resources module, but I don't have permission to do so (and I'm not sure that module is for students).

Can you clarify this for me?

    Hi I also have the same problem as also have a section 2/3 complete but i had completed all
