IFrame HTML in blog page

Is it possible to embed an IFrame within the blog description? Using the HTML edit function I can add an IFrame tag with a src, and this is rendered properly during edit mode, however it displays a blank page after saving and viewing the blog. Using developer tools, it says that the src of the IFrame has been changed to about:blank.

Is this expected functionality? If not, how can I ensure my IFrame renders properly in the blog description?

Hi  , thank you for your message! Can you please share a link to your blog ? I'm not too sure if this is possible, but we can take a look and investigate further if this is the expected behaviour for that section. You can either revert to this message or email us the blog link and screenshot to support@openlearning.com if you do not want to share in this public space. Thank you!

Hi  , the link to the page where this is happening is https://www.openlearning.com/u/benliew-s0syrb/blog/TestIframe/ .

I am experiencing this in both a blog's page contents and also the sidebar description section for the blog.
