course certificate

 I was completing Food Safety Management and had complete course and i can't get my certificate because to 2 pages marked with uncompleted.

 


1- Chapter 2: Activity 3  the link of video didn't work  
2- Chapter 8: Assessment i complet answer for all questions but this section marked with un completed.

please support to get cert.

    Hi Mostafa El-Kholy , to answer your queries;
    1) We will need to get in touch with the course creator to make the changes on the content (video) of the course, we'll let you know once this has been fixed.
    2) For Chapter 8 (https://www.openlearning.com/courses/food-safety-management/1509234066024/chapter_8_assessment/) , you will need to leave a comment at the bottom of the page in order to get completion for it.
