Mobile App

Hi, I can't seem to log in to the mobile app but I can in the Internet. May I please know how to solve this issue?

    It states 'Incorrect credentials.Please try again'

      Vidhvan Hi there! It sounds like you might be making a slight typo when logging in on your phone. If you are trying to log in with your email account, perhaps switching to your username (or vice versa) would help! You can also try copy and pasting your email or username from somewhere else to make sure it is spelled correctly.
