Web Sign In working App Sign In not!

I can sign in to AWC through my web browser but it keeps asking me to work from the app but the app wont even let me sign in with my email address and password which is set up already.

Maybe remove all the app pop ups on the website if it doesn't want to work... thanks.

    Thanks for getting in touch. As you are logging in from the AWC website and not using an OpenLearning account, therefore, to use the mobile app, please kindly follow the simple steps below from your mobile phone:

    1. Open a web browser and then log in to AWC.
    2. Click on the prompt login to the OpenLearning app
