having trouble submitting answers

Hello,

I am having trouble submitting my answers for two questions in my online writing course. As far as I can tell the answers I am subbmitting seem right, but they are still coming up as incorrect. Please help.

    I've looked at the page. Everything seems to be in order.

    Please note, the quiz gives you the correct answer whenever you enter an incorrect answer.

      I have tried to submit the answers following what it says is the correct answers and it still comes up as incorrect.
