How to get my certificate of completion for GNC Cohort 16 mixed

My name is Ranjusha Rajan and i have completed the GNC Cohort 16 mixed course and i am yet to receive my course completion certificate and i tried to contact the contact number to no avail. My organisation is asking me for the certificate and i am not able to reach for any support. please help.

    I am really struggling to get somewhere with this, even at the time of completion we checked with Nicole if anything else needs to done and she mentioned portfolio submission was the last step, which i already completed. could you please give me a call or give a contact number so that i can reach out to someone and explain the situation.

      Thank you for your reply. I can understand the issue that you are facing. 
      As we are only the platform-provider, we are unable to help you regarding the certification and course related inquiry. 

      However, as the course is hosted by UOW Australia, you can try reaching out to their team regarding this as they may be able to help you out. You can contact them via email here: courses@uow.edu.au
