No email

I've tried login in, but failed as I dont remember my password.  I used the 'forget password function' and the system says an email had been sent to my email.

I checked my mailbox, including the spam folder and didnt receive anything.

I tried logging in using Facebook, and I managed to log in.

However, when i tried to verify my email, the same issue cropped up. I was not able to verify my email.

Anyone can help?

    Hi there! There is a slight issue with emails at the moment. Our team is diligently working on resolving it as soon as possible :)

    In the meantime, please email us at support@openlearning.com from your associated OpenLearning email account and we can verify your email and help you reset your password.

      Hi @Omnaya Omar,  I notice this has been marked as Solved. Has the email issue been fixed on the platform? Or otherwise? I have multiple learners needing to do update their password to access the platform.
