Unable to complete a course
Trying to complete Financial literacy 101A. In module 3 - life events and you, I have now posted an answer 3 times, including logging onto the system in google chrome. My answers are posted - I can see them, but the program refuses to tick off that module as being complete - trying to finish this course so I can move on to the next.
Hi there! Thanks for providing a link. I've tested the page and it seems to be working fine. Here are all the things that need to be complete in order to receive a tick on this page:
1) Watch the video all the way to the end
2) Interact with the "random spinner" above the share widget
3) Post in the share widget
4) Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page
Could you try those and let me know if it works? I'll do my best to help you out until the problem is solved :)Reply

Hello Omar, I have tried the things wanted me to but the system will not allow me to input my 300 word essay. What I am going to do is write my essay to you and you can hopefully put it on the system hopefully.
Question - You are a Life Coach ready to help someone. How would you do it using the study information that has been given to you.
Answer - As a Life Coach, my priorities and commitments would be to my client and their immediate "needs and wants", first and foremost and also their future aspirations and goals for self improvements where possible, so caring and taking a keen interest in my client and respect of their privacy would be my responsibility and focus. With this in mind I would come up with a process of open communication and employ active listening skills to hear what my client requires of me and what I can provide for him or her fourth coming and once the first session has finished I would evaluate the written documentation and notes taken on key issues that I have collected and collated and work on a process of the information gathered and give to my client and also included would be some solution-focused ideas through some positive forward thinking on my part and thinking outside the square to solve issues where required.
Once I have processed this information from the first session I would have a second session with my client and I would inform or show my client the options or plan that I have put in place and my client would read over and evaluate for themselves my plan, bearing in mind that my client might agree with the information I have given them or they might want to alter or adjust my plan or information which is alright because at the end of the day or session, it is my client's decision to accept or alter or decline my plan which is the fundamentals of being a professional Life Coach in the first place so no negativity on my part but positivity and a keen interest in what my client wants to achieve and accomplish for the future road ahead.
Once my client has agreed on a future pathway of self-betterment through the ideas or future goals and aspirations, I would keep in touch with my client and find out how my client was progressing, I think as a Life Coach this aspect has to be a focus and responsibility to see how my client is adapting to change and if my client is on the road to self-improvement and betterment or not.
This is my essay and view on what a Life Coach should be as it takes a special individual that needs to share and care about their clients future road to success ahead. If the client takes on and reacts to the Life Coaches advice then that Life Coach might become a friend for life.
That is how I would help my client.Reply
