Group setting: Is there any problem?

Hi...This week quite a number of students in my course (as below) complaint about the group task submission i.e. (1) it suddenly appears the students are not in the group, so they cannot perform the submission (but they have join the group since the very beginning).; and (2) for group task, the progress bar of the individual student is no progress when one of the members do the submission.

Kindly advise, is the site undergo any troubleshooting process? Thank you.
