Layout button

The training videos show a Layout button but I don't have that?  What do I need to do to have it accessible to me as the administrator?

    Hi Victoria, OL is always changing and developing, so some features might have been changed since the training videos have been recorded. Could you please post the link to the page with the video so I can see what you mean?
