Emotional and Social Intelligence

My name is Siti Hafizah Binti Ridzuan, I've completed Emotional and Social Intelligence a week ago, and I already report the issue to the team and also posted a question in the Q&A section on how to get the certificate, but there is no response yet from your team. 

 

On the My Learning page, the course still showing in progress while on the course page itself I already completed 100% of the course - you are awesome

 

Please refer to the pictures attached to get a clear picture of the problem. Do let me know if the problem solve. I need to download the certificate.

    OpenLearning provides the learning platform for organisations and individuals to teach their courses. If you have any platform or technical issues, you can always ask us! 

    But for course-specific and content-related queries, they would need to be answered by the course facilitator. You could either comment within the course for the facilitator to reply, or you could send them a direct message on their profile page if they have chat enabled.

    For this course, the certification is not enabled by the course facilitator. Therefore, the learner won't be issued a certificate upon completion.
