Multiple choice quiz not loading

I am trying to create a multiple choice quiz and it is not loading from the menu.     Hi Rudy,

    The link only takes me to the course, not the actual page with the issue. Can you post that too, please?

    Also, can you please let me know which device and browser you are using?
