Super unsafe password making rule

This is disgusting and absurd on an incredible level.

 

 

How can you prevent the usage of half the alphabet just because they are letters present in my email? I had to use an extremely long numeric password to have a semblance of any security! Your IT manager is an amateur and broken in the head.
