Thanks for the update.

Just to confirm whether you have tried to click on the "Categorise" button and it didn't do anything?

If it didn't do anything by a simple quick click, please also try to hold a few seconds until the button is selected and see if that will bring up the categorise activity.

If it still doesn't do anything, please help to check the App store or Play store in case the mobile app needs to be updated to the latest version.

I can't replicate the issue as I can open the categorise activity in my mobile app. If all the attempts above still don't work, could you please try to access the page via a mobile browser? 

You can click on the three dots on the top right of your screen to open in a web browser.

I can confirm there is no page error at the moment. The course provider has created an "End of topic wrap up" page on every topic or module. Even though the page names are the same, however, they are different pages that need to be completed.
