How do I access invoices when a learner pays for a course?

Accessing the invoices for course fees depends on whether the payment was self-served through the OL payment gateway, or the invoice was raised manually.

Stripe payment

If the course fee is paid via the default OL payment gateway (Stripe), the subscription owner can access and download the invoice by logging in to their OpenLearning account and viewing their billing history. 

Step 1

Go to www.openlearning.com and log in to their OpenLearning account. 

Step 2

Click on the profile image in the top right-hand corner and Manage Subscriptions. 

Step 3

Click on Course marketplace and Go to Stripe Connect. 

 Step 4

You will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal. Then, go to Billing > Invoices. 

 Step 5 

Find the learner's email address, click on the three dots on the far-right corner and select Download PDF.

If the invoice was requested via the form and raised manually, the payer automatically receives an invoice via email from Finance that looks like this:
