Colleagues can not access their course

Hi, three of my colleagues are having trouble joining the course, Rosemary Butcher, Karen Luo, Navjot Gill. When they try to login they get a message saying that their account is not registered.  They have all previously used the account and now are having this problem.

    Could you please ask Rosemary Butcher, Karen Luo, and Navjot Gill to email us at support@openlearning.com and share the email address that they were using to log in to the account? Could you also please send us the course link that they are trying to access?
