Incorrect completion bar

Why does the bar in the top right say I have only completed 93%of the week's work and why won't module 1E accept my completion of this unit? I have received an email to say the unit is completed

    The 2nd Pd said I was just 87% complete although I did it all and won't let me complete. Have still not received an email or certificate for either PD. Please help asap. Sent lots of requests but no replies!!!!!

    I cant complete my course because of the incorrect completion bug. It shows completed but doesnt give me the 1% for me to complete the course

      Ammar Hafiffi Bin Mohamad Isa Hi there! I checked the page you're referring to and it seems to be working fine on this end. Usual fixes for these things involve playing the video until the end as Alenka said, and also scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page. Can you please try one more time and then refresh the page? Please let me know if it works. I'll do my best to help you out!

      Omnaya Omar Hello. I did as requested and still it shows 2/3 on the learning activities tab. But, on the page itself its already shown completed. I've tried switching different browsers and computers with same results. Not sure what is causing the problem.

      Ammar Hafiffi Bin Mohamad Isa Hi Ammar, I momentarily changed something so that you could achieve completion and gain a certificate. Afterwards, I put it back so your progress might now show 100% but everything should be fine. Let me know if you have any problems!

      Omnaya Omar Thank You! That explains why i suddenly got a certificate. If I ever encounter any further problems (which i hope i wont), I will contact the support team again.
