Our course that we put up now not available

Hi there. We have course for our staff - when we click on the course it says we don't have permission to view. We paid for the new subscription.

Any help?

    Hi Sophie, are you referring to Sane Forums course? If that's the case, there are currently 3 admins in that course and none of them have a paid educator account. Could you share the link to the course and the paid educator account? If you prefer, you could send a message to support@openlearning.com. Thanks!
