Problem encountered with posting comments to online course for multiple students

Since last week we have received five reports from teachers not being able to post comments to the AISNSW Disability Legislation module on openlearning. https://www.openlearning.com/aisnsw/courses/ddl1 .

One I was able to resolve by asking the person to log in again. The others have still got the problem. I have been unable to replicate it and I can see other students have been posting successfully.

Here are the teachers still affected.

      hello again.

      i actually continued to read on in the FAQ section and saw I just needed to log off, and try to log on again! That fixed the problem : )

    Hi Kevin, would you or any of the teachers be able to show me a specific example of a page where they are unable to comment? I tried several pages which these teachers haven't completed yet, and couldn't replicate the issue. Thank you!

      Alenka Prezelj Hi Alenka,  It's not one page it's a general incapacity to post comments in any part the module. https://www.openlearning.com/aisnsw/courses/ddl1  by these learners.

      I've haven't been able to replicate the problem but I will ask one of our learners permission to use their log in details to see if I can obtain screenshots.

      We've also received reports from other learners experiencing the same problem in other courses which I'll report on later.

      AISNSW Hi Kevin, thank you. Could you also ask them to try in an incognito / private browser window? We find that sometimes browser extensions prevent some platform functionalities from working properly.
