Course will not reach 100% completion
I have finished my course and commented after, but the progress will not reach 100%. I thought it was a technical error on my end so I have re-watched the webinar three times just in case, yet still no progress. Now I believe its a technical issue on the openlearning's end. How can I resolve this issue and receive the certificate?
