The videos are not working

The videos in my course aren't working - is there any troubleshooting for this? They worked for me before so I know it's not my computer or software.

      Jess Snell The videos work from my end. On the page that you sent, the video works as well. Please make sure to disable any pop-up blockers on your browser, clear cache and cookies, and refresh your browser. If you're using Chrome, please also try using another browser such as Firefox, and let me know if you experience the same issue. Hope this helps!
