Can't move between modules

My course is being audited by my business parter. I have made sure to unclick the box that says "counts towards progress" so he can move from one page to another and from one module to another. But he can't. How can i get users to be able to start at any module they want?

    Hi Rudy, I checked the course and found an activity that still has the 'Count Towards progress' ticked. But also, you have set the course to self paced, for self paced courses, learners must go through each course activity before the next one gets unlocked. You can set your courses instead to be open MOOC so that learners can do the activities in any order.
