I have completed my course...but cant download my certificate...kindly help

    How are you trying to download the certificate? and can you please share with us the error message you get?

    Alternatively, please proceed to click on My courses page to download your relevant certificates and let us know if that works?

    Hi I completed the course of how to learn effectively but there is no button for the certificate... Is there a way that I don't know of?

      Alysha Dania Hi, unfortunately there is no certificate for this course, at least not through OpenLearning. Sometimes some courses offer one from outside, but you'll need to check with the course staff about that.
