No worries!
If you lost your certificate, you can still download it from your profile - even if the course has already finished.

Step 1

Go to http://www.openlearning.com and log in. 

Step 2

Click on your profile photo on top-right and choose My profile from the drop-down menu.

Step 3

Then, choose Credentials and click on Download credential.
