UPDATE! Message for anyone who completed the course but did not receive a certificate!

Dear all,

there are some technical issues with the certificates right now. Rest assured, as soon as the issues are fixed, if you have reached 100%, you will receive your certificate.

UPDATE:
The issue has been fixed, and the certificates have been issued.

To download it, log back in the course, then click on the green progress bar.

This will take you to your progress page where you can download the certificate.

 

If you did not reach 100%, you can see here which pages still need some work, for example:

  

 

When you go to the page, click on the progress pie. That will take you to the section that still needs to be completed.

    I have two areas that I keep posting information to however, it does not seem to give me credit.  Can I receive an email when this issue is corrected as I have not been able to get a certificate and I have to pass it in to my department head.  Thanks

      Matt Halaby Hi Matt, as soon as the issue is fixed, your certificate will be emailed to you to the address you used to register your OpenLearning account. Additionally, as always, you will also be able to download it from your Course progress page. You reach that page by clicking on the Progress bar in your course.
