The Certificate for Safer Churches won't download.

Please can you help? I keep getting the HTTP error 404 screen whenever I try to download my certificate. I really need this certificate today to finalise an application.

    Hello

    I did my safer churches course yesterday and couldn't download my certificate.  I thought I could just log back in and try today, but have found I can't. Alenka Prezelj  could you please help me?
