Cannot course complete, feedback shows only 1/2
To whom it may concern,
I have completed all of the course requirements with the exception of the Feedback page, which despite me filling in the boxes and hitting submit still reads as only 1/2 complete. It says the feedback was submitted successfully, and I submitted a comment about the course as well, however I am still unable to finish. I have seen similar issues online and would like to add my experience to ensure there is clarity around what is happening.

Mine does exactly the same, "Safety in Design" course, ribbon shows 98% and that the feedback is the outstanding item; I've done it loads of times, even changed my first name entry from stephen, to steve, to stephen paul, to stephen paul hill, with caps without caps you name it, nothing works - hugely annoying

Hi there, yesterday we were having some technical issues which cause some activities not to be tracked properly. The issue has been fixed, but it will take some time before it is updated on our servers. If you are in a hurry, it would be best if you go back and re-do the activities. That should solve your problem.
