Administer Student Tab is not visible

I have created a course. Have to send invite and add students, but the administer student tab is not visible. It was there early morning when I checked. I have tried creating a new course. creating a new login id and all. But I am not able to figure out what has gone wrong. I have also announced my course. Please help this is really very urgent.

      Volunteer Training Coordinator Hi there! 

      This is an issue appearing in several courses right now and our team will fix it as soon as possible!

      For now, if you go to Course setup > Roles, and remove the tick under "Facilitates" your Administer student tab should show up again.

      Please note that this is not how it should be, you should be able to see the tab even if you are a facilitator (or not), this is just a temporary workaround until our team fixes this bug.
