    Hi there! That sounds like a very frustrating experience. Could you please email us at support@openlearning.com and include a description of the problem along with the screenshot of your payments? We can handle your refund request from there :)

     

    As for accessing your enrolment, it does seem that you were successfully enroled in the Water Safety course. Could you try:

     

    • Following this link
    • Checking the top right to make sure you are logged in
    • If you aren't, please do so

     

    After that, you should be on the course's homepage. If this is still not the case, please let me know.

      Thanks for sending the screenshots.

      To check on your progress and see which pages you haven't fully completed, please go to the course and click on the green and white progress bar at the top right of the screen.

      That will take you to your Progress page with an overview of what still needs to be completed. 

      Regarding the pages that have not tracked as complete, please try the following:

      • Make sure to read all the information from the top all the way to the bottom of each page
      • Watch each video to the very end until it stops playing on its own
      • Make sure to complete any activities on each page

      If this still doesn't work, sometimes it's a cache, browser extension or device issue. You can troubleshoot by:

      • Trying again in a different browser
      • Trying again in an incognito window
      • Trying again on a different device
