Courses currently offline

It means that they will be reopened or they're simply deleted? How can it be when the course had no deadline? Or when the notice about the start of the course was given few days ago?

    This one. I received a communication about this course with an email by the site www.scambieuropei.info.... Now I'm seeing...that in the link is mentioned "classof2017"... should I switch it with "classof2018" (or other) or it is an error of communication by Scambieuropei and the course is truly off?
