    Hye sorry to bother. But is there any way the admin can help me to complete the course despite the videos that can't be played.

      Thiagaletchumi Hi there! You're not a bother, not at all! Actually, thank you for a reminder. We've been waiting for the course staff to get back to us (we contacted them when you first reached out) but they still haven't fixed the issue. :( I'm now investigating what else we can do for you. I'll get back to you when I know more.

      Thiagaletchumi Hi again, the issue has been resolved, the dead videos don't track towards progress anymore. Now you just have to post a comment on https://www.openlearning.com/courses/teaching-by-design/managing_cognitive_load/ and you'll be done.
