can't access program verification code expired

learner cannot access course, has received message that their verification code has expired.  I am running the course and have changed nothing

    Rudy Pilotto Hi there, can you please advise the learner to contact us directly at support@openlearning.com so we can assist further? You can also send us an email with the student's name, email address, and access code he has (if there's one) and we can check further. Thanks!

      Rudy Pilotto Hi, thanks for the info! Just making sure that you're referring to the Business Relationship Management course here, right?

      The access code is correct and Carrie is already enrolled in the course. In fact, she has already gained 10% completion of the course. At this point, she has no need to enter the code. She will just need to find the course from her course list by clicking the globe icon on the top-right corner of her account dashboard when she signs in and can continue from there. 

      Can you please advise her to contact us as well at support@openlearning.com? Nothing wrong from your end as everything seems right as far as the access code is concerned.
