Video progress cannot be dragged

Hello, when I wanted to watch a video to learn, I found that the video could not drag the progress bar. I switched browsers and mobile phones and found that this problem still exists.The same problem occurs with videos from other courses.

      JIA Hi, thanks for getting back. Yes, it's not possible to skip the video as it's been set up that you're required to watch it from start to finish in order for you to receive the completion mark for that video/activity.
