Repeat participant
Hello, I have one participant that also completed the course last year but wants to do it again this year: https://www.openlearning.com/u/carmelkennedy/
Is there a way of resetting her learner profile for the 2021 Class? Before she has started the course it says 82% complete (see screenshot).

Hi Gráinne Ryan thanks for reaching out. There is currently no way to reset the progress of a learner within a course. Regardless if the learner is added to a new class, technically, he/she has completed the course already. The workaround would be for the learner to sign up for a new account using a different email address instead. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

I have also similar problem. Students follow the courses unfortunately, the overall test and assignment results are not satisfactory (below standard). Therefore the student is considered fail. All results in the previous class should be maintained, for auditing and recording purposes. In the new class some of the pages should be reset.
