Students cannot download files

I used the File widget and uploaded a document for students. It worked, but now they have this error. When I try to download it gives me the same error. 

 

It does not matter if I upload a PDF or Word document. Same error, for all courses.

    Hi Sorana, I noticed that at least some of your PDFs filenames include characters such as ă. Could you try renaming one of these files to include only letters that exist in English and then upload it again? 
    Please let me know if this solves the issue.
