Unable to log into Openlearning App

Unable to login to app.

It says that the username and password do not match, but the same username and password is used to login on the Web access.

 

If you forget password, you do not receive the email, and if you sign up again, it says email is already being used.

 

This is frustrating

    Hi 

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in. Since your login works on the web but not on the app, please try these quick steps:

    1. Make sure you’re using the same login credentials (email, Google, etc.) on both. Don't copy and paste the credentials, but type. 
    2. Update the app to the latest version.
    3. Try changing the password and try again in the app. 

    If the issue persists, please let me know:

    • The email address you're using to log in
    • Whether you’re on Android or iOS
    • The exact error message you see on the app
